Yes! You have the option to either exchange OR return your order within 14 days of delivery! If you’d prefer a different pattern or size (for standard orders), we can help arrange an exchange. Just contact us at [email protected] and let us know what you’d like to swap it for! We’ll guide you through the process. Easy.

Unfortunately we don’t sell border samples, but here’s what I recommend: order a sample of the wallpaper that matches the border design! Borders are made from the same material, so the colors will match perfectly. Smart solution, right?

Absolutely! Our office and production are in Warsaw, Poland – you’ll find us at Szajnochy 5/7, 01-637 Warsaw (lovely green corner in the city center!). We work Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. If you need quick pickup, you can absolutely collect your order in person – just let us know in advance to arrange a time! I need to be honest with you here! Unfortunately, made-to-measure and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Since we create them specifically for your unique wall dimensions, they’re excluded from our standard return policy. That’s why we always recommend ordering a sample first to check the material and colors! This way you can be 100% sure before ordering custom.

Yes, absolutely! You can return your product within 14 days of getting your package. Just let us know you’d like to return it (or the whole order). Exactly! The borders are made from the same material we use for our wallpapers, so they won’t clash colorwise with other Dekornik products. Perfect match guaranteed!

For our most popular patterns, we have CMYK palettes available! It’s not exactly 1:1 for wall paint, but any hardware store can help you match the right RAL/NCS color based on this.

Yes! You can order a sample of any wallpaper pattern! Just pick your favorite design and on the product page, click the ‘sample 25x35cm’ option. Easy.

You’ll receive a notification from us with your tracking number as soon as your order ships! You can track it in your account on our website, or directly with the courier using the tracking number. convenient! Need help with anything else?

You have 14 days from receiving your package to let us know about the return! Then you’ve got another 14 days to send the order back. You’ll cover the return shipping costs.

We’ve been making rooms beautiful since December 1st, 2009! That’s over 15 years of experience in creating magical spaces for children! We started in Poland and quickly gained recognition – our designs appeared in prestigious magazines. Now we’re present in 15 European markets! From that romantic Paris trip to becoming the most recognized Polish wallpaper brand – it’s been quite a journey!

Here’s a breakdown of our shipping costs. Poland: 14.99 PLN via InPost Kurier (FREE for orders over 350 PLN). European Union: 15 EUR (FREE for orders over 150 EUR). EU sample orders: 5 EUR. UK: 20 EUR. Non-EU Europe (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, and more): 42 EUR. Rest of World (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, UAE, Israel, Hong Kong, Malaysia): 50 EUR standard, 20 EUR for samples. All prices include taxes and customs – no hidden fees.

Perfect! We sell our wallpapers in 280cm high strips, but we also have a special option just for wainscoting! We got so many requests for this, so every wallpaper is also available in a 140cm height variant.

The price shown is per strip! Depending on the pattern, we sell wallpapers in either 50x280cm or 100x280cm strips.

Unfortunately we only work with the courier companies you see at checkout. We’ve negotiated the best rates with them already! These are our lowest prices.

Free shipping is available for: Poland – orders over 350 PLN, and European Union – orders over 150 EUR. For UK shipping is 20 EUR, for non-EU Europe it’s 42 EUR, and for USA, Canada, and rest of the world it’s 50 EUR. All international prices include taxes, duties, and customs fees. No surprises at delivery – the price you see is the price you pay.

Important! The product must be in its original condition for returns. This means unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging if possible. If the wallpaper shows any loss in value due to handling (like if it’s been unpacked extensively or damaged), we may need to deduct reasonable compensation from your refund. We want to be fair to everyone!

Our standard production time is up to 5 business days – though we often do it Quickly. We make everything fresh for you in our Warsaw workshop.

Free shipping applies to orders over 350 PLN for deliveries within Poland, or over 150 EUR for deliveries within the European Union. If it’s not working, you might be ordering to a different country, or we currently have a promotion or discount code active. Discounts on our site don’t stack.

Production takes up to 5 business days (often faster). Then delivery times are: Poland: 1-2 business days via InPost Kurier. European Union: 3-5 business days via UPS from Warsaw. UK: approximately 5 business days. USA, Canada & Rest of World: approximately 5 business days via UPS Express Saver. You’ll receive tracking info every step of the way.

The tracking number is generated automatically when your order is created in the system. You’ll get a pickup confirmation once the courier actually collects your package! Should be very soon!

We work with reliable couriers to get your package to you safely. For Poland, we use InPost Kurier. For European Union deliveries (including UK), we use UPS Standard. For USA, Canada, and Rest of World, we use UPS Express Saver. You’ll get tracking for all shipments.

Unfortunately we don’t sell wallpaper glue, but here’s what I recommend: any water-based glue for non-woven wallpapers! You’ll find it in any hardware store.

We sell our wallpapers in strips (280cm high), but we’ve also prepared an option for wainscoting! Every wallpaper is available in a 140cm height variant too.

Each product page shows the strip dimensions! Just measure your wall width and divide it by one strip’s width. We’re also happy to help you calculate! Just send us your wall dimensions and we’ll figure out exactly how many strips you’ll need. Easy!

Just use a moist cloth and be gentle with it. Our wallpaper is durable but we want to keep it looking beautiful for years! No harsh chemicals needed.

It’s Easy. Just apply the glue to the wall, then stick on the wallpaper. All our patterns are designed so they match perfectly at the seams! Pro tip: start from the left side. Installing our wall stickers is Simple. Just peel, stick, and enjoy! The stickers are repositionable, so don’t stress if you need to adjust them a bit.

Great question! Except for the Savanna wallpaper (which is a panel design), all our wallpapers have pattern repeats every 50cm (for 50x280cm strips) or 100cm (for large patterns in 100x280cm strips). Makes installation easy!

Great question! For this, I’d recommend a made-to-measure order. Just send us the exact wall measurements and a photo or sketch, and we’ll prepare a quote for you! This way we know the wallpaper will fit perfectly.

Great question! The surface needs to be even, dry, clean, and if you’ve painted or plastered recently – wait at least 14 days before applying wallpaper! This ensures perfect adhesion.

We have an amazing creative team! Our founder Kasia ‘Bachor’ is still the main creative force behind Dekornik – she designs most of our patterns! But we also collaborate with incredible graphic designers whose work and personalities we absolutely adore: Kasia Goraj Stróżyńska and Anita Tomala. Each brings their unique style to our collection! This mix of creativity makes our designs so special!

Great question! We didn’t always! For the first five years, we decorated all kinds of spaces. But in 2014, something magical happened – Paulina ‘Młoda’ joined the team! She and Kasia decided to focus on what brings them the most joy: decorating kids’ rooms! They figured – why not do ONLY what we absolutely love? So since 2014, we’ve been creating wallpapers and wall stickers exclusively for the little ones. It’s our passion!
